How to make passport size photos in Microsoft Word.
In this blog I am trying to explain
how you can make passport size photos in Microsoft word. So in this article I am
doing step by step process to make passport size photos. We know that the passport
size photos are made by Adobe Photoshop.With the help of Yogi Dreams Infotech we can do it by simple using our Microsoft Word.
Step: 1 Open Microsoft Word in your computer:
For open the Microsoft word in your computer click on window icon in your desktop screen. Then at search area type word and choose that option which i am marked in black box in below photo.
Step: 2 Go to the insert tab in the word and then insert the photo which you have to print in passport size. When you open your Microsoft word then by default you have seen the Home Tab in which we working by default. Now we have to choose the second tab thats name is Insert Tab. After choosing the insert tab now we are upload our pre saved picture file in microsoft word with the help of Insert Tab.
Step: 3 After that a pop window will appear in your screen and they give you to choose option to upload a photo from computer or search online. If we choose the option to upload a photo from computer then another pop up window will appera in the screen and choose your desire file in to your computer and then click on insert tab.
Step 4: When you success to upload the desired file from computer then we are using the format tab option to resize the passport size photo into 1.6*1.Below in this picture i am doing this task.
Step 5: After the resize of photo make border of the photo and just copy your photo with the help of CTRL+C and paste it several times and make two or more copies of photos by CTRL + V. Expained in the photo below.
Final Step: Now give print command to the computer by help of word and print the photos and cut the photo now in this blog i can expain you can i make passport size photos by using our simple Step by Step process.
